Digital Heart. Analogue Soul.

In a world dominated by digital cameras with a huge range of functions, the Leica M11-D stands out by virtue of its simplicity. Without the distraction of a rear display, the camera invites you to refocus on the act of photography, supported by an exclusive 60-megapixel, triple-resolution M-sensor. Handcrafted in Germany, the Leica M11-D is a camera of superior quality and truly exceptional charm.

Exceptional image quality

The exclusively developed M-sensor delivers outstanding image quality and the unmistakable Leica Look.

Streamlined to the essentials

By dispensing with the display, the Leica M11-D keeps the focus on the photographic process.

Leica M understatement

Iconic, unobtrusive, and minimalist – the design of the M-Camera is legendary. The Leica M11-D perfects the discretion of the M design, appreciated by photographers worldwide. By dispensing with a monitor, it fosters confidence in one's own creative work. Instead, there is a mechanical ISO dial on the back of the camera, reminiscent of analog M-Cameras. The deliberate omission of the red Leica logo and the discreet Leica signature on the top cap underscore the understated look.

The smartphone at the controls

The Leica M11-D brings the analogue experience to digital photography, but without creating limits. With the Leica FOTOS app, you can integrate the digital workflow into your work whenever you want. Use your device as a camera display to assess your shots and adjust nearly all camera settings to your liking. Once saved, your settings are locked in. The Leica FOTOS app also enables photo transfer, remote control, geotagging, and direct editing in Adobe Lightroom, Capture One Pro, or the Darkroom app.

540 g pure M photography

The BSI CMOS full-frame sensor of the M11-D enables images with a resolution of either 60, 36 or 18 MP. With the extended ISO range from native ISO64 to ISO50,000, it achieves outstanding results even in extreme lighting conditions. The 256 GB internal memory offers plenty of space for those high-resolution shots. With its magnesium and aluminum, all-metal housing with a scratch-resistant finish, it weighs just 540 g – including its powerful battery.

Leica Content Credentials

The M11-D is the second Leica camera with seamlessly integrated authenticity technology that is fully compliant with the Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) and the C2PA standard. With the Leica Content Credentials function, the origin and history of an image can be verified, thus proving its authenticity. The technology helps to preserve trust in digital photography and ensures that images taken with the Leica M11-D are – and remain – your badge of credibility and integrity.

Perfect teamwork

A camera is only as good as the performance of its lens. That's why we've been developing and manufacturing lenses for over 150 years. Since 1954, the lenses of the M-System have been going far beyond expectations, doing justice to the M11 family with high-resolution image sensors. The combination of the camera with legendary M-Lenses ensures images of outstanding quality.
