The FL-300R is an easy-to-operate versatile external flash for your PEN. With an equivalent GN (Guide Number) of 28 at ISO 200, you can accomplish flash shooting with stable light and optimum brightness. It functions as a bounce flash and *wireless remote flash with enough power for most any typical shooting situation. Photographers can use it in tandem with the camera's built–in, pop-up flash or as an alternative to it.
Revolutionary Fine Macro technology stabilizes the precise fine light control from 1/128 to 1/1024 in 1/6 Ev steps fine turning to achieve the accuracy of microscope. While in Manual mode, the power ratio can be adjusted from full power to 1/64 in 1/3 Ev steps. This mode helps to achieve more stable quality when shooting high sensitive images.
OMICRON is the first "Chromatically Correct" LED ligth for photo and HDSLR video. White only LED sources leave spectral gaps compared to traditional and natural light sources. Quantum has filled in those gaps with compensating colored LED to provide the most natural light spectrum.
The SytemPro convertible umbrella can either be used as a reflective umbrella or the black/silver cloth can be unclipped and the umbrella can be used in the shoot through mode allowing great versatility.
The black/white umbrella provides focused lighting along with soft shadow definition. It is especially suitable for bringing out structural details. The black backing helps to keep stray light from escaping.
