With an aperture range from f/2.5 to f/22, the Soft FocusII optic from Lensbaby is a new-and-improved versionof one of the earliest and, recently, most sought-afteroptics in Lensbaby’s Optic Swap System, the original SoftFocus optic. Lensbaby has created a new optic, the Soft Focus II, that does exactly that. The SFII has a focal length of about 50mm and an aperture range of 2.5-22. The wider the aperture, the more gentle focus effect you will get. Conversely, if you stop it down, there won’t be any blur or glow at all. This optic is a manual focus, so you control what you feature in your shot.
